Each Smart Rangers undergoes a rigorous training program conducted by the Security Industry Training Institute, approved under PSARA ACT, trained into all kind of security skills includes Protection, Fire ghting, Men & Materials control & accounting, as well as soft skills such as courtesy and positive attitude.

Before Deployment, we make sure that all security staff must be trained, qualified in all kind of Security Duties, Fire Fighting, First Aid and in the use of Electronic Security Equipments.
