The company is managed and chaired by Shri R. S. Sharma, IPS (retd.), PPM, PM; (formarly director general of police), who, during his service carrier has acquired vast experience in the field of public safety and security besides other areas of police work and law and order. during his service career, he has served on very sensitive and vital assignments like Distt. Supdt. of police, DIG (range), Vigilance, DIG (operations and armed police), Commissioner Excise and Taxes, Dy. Director General Security, Director BPR & D, Inspector general BSF (Internal Security) in Kashmir Vellay during peak period of insurgency and director general of police manipur state etc. etc. during his stint as ig bsf in kashmir valley, he did a valuable job in restoring normalcy in insurgency infested areas and his frontier was honoured with large number of gallantry medals during this period. again as director general of manipur state, he acquired valuable experience in the management of the police Deptt. under extreme difficult and Stranuous conditions and had vast exposure on investigation of criminal cases against subversive elements of society. he handled very difficult situations very efficiently and successfully while holding this position.
