The company is managed and chaired by Shri R. S. Sharma, IPS (Retd.), PPM, PM (formerly Director General of Police), who, during his distinguished service career, acquired vast experience in public safety, security, and various other areas of police work and law and order. He held several sensitive and vital assignments such as District Superintendent of Police, DIG (Range), Vigilance, DIG (Operations and Armed Police), Commissioner of Excise and Taxes, Deputy Director General Security, Director BPR&D, and Inspector General BSF (Internal Security) in the Kashmir Valley during the peak of insurgency, as well as Director General of Police, Manipur. During his tenure as IG BSF in the Kashmir Valley, he played a pivotal role in restoring normalcy in insurgency-affected areas, and his frontier was honored with a large number of gallantry medals. As the DGP of Manipur, he gained invaluable experience in managing the police department under extremely difficult and strenuous conditions, with extensive exposure to the investigation of criminal cases involving subversive elements. He handled these challenging situations with remarkable efficiency and success.
